What are the qualifications for Alliance membership?

The Professional Qualifications for Alliance Membership:
Invited applicants for membership in the Alliance with 10 years or more of business and/or
personal advisory experience are subject to a rigorous qualification process including the
evaluation of their ability to integrate knowledge from multiple business disciplines
and to effectively apply this knowledge with strategic business insight.

Candidates for membership in the Alliance are considered only upon the unqualified
recommendation of a current member of The Alliance in good standing. Members include:
Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners, and other highly qualified business and personal
financial and management advisory specialists.

Among other things, all members are
• Professional certified as experts in their specialty, with one or more of the following types of designations: (Not an all inclusive list)
o CPA or MBA or JD or Phd
o CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst)
o CM&AA (Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor)
o CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
