Attached is an electronic copy of the Final Report of the 2007 Forum.  This document was circulated recently to certain Members of Congress and other interested parties.  The securities law recommendations contained in the report, however, were available to the SEC when it finalized a number of rules designed to facilitate small business capital formation in late 2007.
