Mr. Villadolid represents the owners of small and large businesses, and is also general counsel to Empire Southwest, LLC -- a dealer of Caterpillar and other heavy equipment with 1,100 employees and branches in Arizona, California, and Mexico. His clients include physicians, a major retail supermarket chain and an Internet based company.
