Mr. Alsayrafi's founded FTH in 1994 to function as the regional corporate finance arm of Andersen. FTH has operated as an independent corporate finance advisory firm since 2002, and offers a wide range of corporate finance advisory services to a diversified client base in the Middle East. Led the firm to advise on more than 100 transactions with a total value of more than $4 billion USD, Including the $1.9 billion USD acquisition of a commercial bank, a $220 million USD IPO, and numerous private placements ranging up to $85 million USD. Built start-up into a thriving independent business by focusing on strong relationships, in-depth understanding of client businesses, maximizing core competence, and offering customized solutions.
